Orders placed for limited drops or pre-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced.

BLCKOLE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, incorrect shipping information, or events beyond our control.
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the logistics provider.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
